Feldspar Crusher Production Line

The application field of feldspar is wide. In the glass industry, feldspar can be used as raw materials for all kinds of glass products, reducing the glass melting temperature. In the ceramic industry, it is the main raw material for ceramic, enamel, porcelain blank and glaze. Feldspar is also one of the raw materials for the production of white cement. In addition, feldspar has widely use as filler in papermaking, refractory materials, machinery manufacturing, paint, wire and other industrial production.

Main Equipment

Production Line Process

Feldspar is transported to the vibrating feeder by hopper. Then, it enters into the jaw crusher with uniform and quantitative through the vibrating feeder. Feldspar is in jaw crusher for the primary crushing. After extrusion and crushing, through the belt conveyor, feldspar is transported to the two impact crusher for secondary crushing.

Then, this feldspar is transported to the two vibrating screen by belt conveyor. After screening, the feldspar which meet the size requirement, become the finish product through the screen stencil. While the feldspar which don’t meet the size requirement, will again enter into the impact crusher for crushing. Through the vibrating screen, we can get three kinds of different size finished product. They are respectively: 0-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm.

Two cone crushers and vibrating screen work at the same time. So the production capacity of this crushing line is high.
